We absolutely love Dr. Rebecca at Maplewood. She always takes the time to really listen and spend time with our dogs (and we have 4 of them). She is very thorough and breaks things down in a way that educates but does not make us feel "less than" for not knowing!

I usually do not do reviews, but they had called after the service to make sure my pup was okay. The service was great! They vet were friendly, informative, and patient with my pup who desire back scratches from everyone she likes. It is a bit of money you have to spend but very all worth it considering their services and how they made my best friend feel so much better.

I can’t say enough good things! On Friday I took my dog there (as a new patient) she was throwing up and lethargic. They did X-rays and said she had Pyometra. She needed an emergency hysterectomy right away. They explained the cost, offered to let me pay payments and did the surgery that day. Kept her all weekend, and Dr Andrew called with many updates and they even sent some pics. He personally monitored her all weekend. I picked her up Monday and she feels so much better! I will be going to him from now on:) Thank you!!

Corey is so incredibly amazing. I am an anxious pet parents and call in more often than I should. Even still, he is always super nice and tries to help as much as he possibly can. Always super friendly and a great face to see. Very much so a comforting person for me and my little family of pets.

I had to let my very best friend go recently. She deteriorated quickly in her old age and it was time was too fast. Our vet was not in office when it was time but Maplewood got us in immediately. The room they offered us was comfortable and the couch provided was perfect. I was able to hold my good girl the whole time. Dr. Fipp came in and was so incredibly gentle with my family. He was so gentle to my baby. He was telling her that she was such a good girl and you could tell he meant it. Every person in that office made us feel safe and supported. Someday I will have to go through this again with my other dog and I will make sure I go here where she will be well taken care of even when she's gone.

At around 5:30p last night, I noticed my sweet Charlie Magoo was straining to pee, and there was blood. I immediately called Maplewood. They were fully booked, but they said they could see him in the morning. About ten minutes later, they called and squeezed him in to be seen. We got there at 6:30p, 30 minutes before they closed. They were so gentle with my guy. They took time to make sure I understood everything. They didn’t rush. They stayed an extra 45 minutes over their time to ensure my baby was going to be okay. That means more to me than they will ever know.

We brought our female pit mix in with Pyometra. It was touch and go for awhile. They did surgery and the vet came in during the night to check on her. Even fixed her sausage and eggs the next morning. In this day and age it's hard to find a vet that cares about the animals and not just the money. If you are looking for an affordable vet, I strongly recommend this place.
